ولن تدرك المعنى الحقيقي للمنافسة إلا عندما تؤسس شركة

ولكن العائلة لا تتحمل  مبدأ المنافسة كما لا يجدر بك مشاركة أرباح الشركة

 كل ما عليك فعله مع عائلتك هو ترسيخ مبدأ المنافسة مع الذات لتحقيق أعلى درجات النجاح 

واعتماد مبدأ المشاورة ومشاركة الأفكار لا القرار داخل شركتك

You will not realize the true meaning of sharing until you establish a family

You will not realize the true meaning of competition until you establish a company

But the family does not accept the principle of competition as you should not share the company's profits

All you need is to establish the principle of own competition in your family to achieve the highest degrees of success 

And to adopt  the principle of consultation and sharing ideas within your company's and not the decision .
