Recalling aloud fix the information in your head , but I remind you to recall everything but your worries. If voice was loud it will stick in your memory and increase the feeling of sadness and frustration .

When you regret a step you did in the past  jump higher and look forward to the distant horizon : what awaits wider than what you stepped.
