نطلب دائماً من أطفالنا أن يتحلوا بسلوك مثالي خاصة خارج البيت، لكننا في الحقيقة نكون قد نسينا أن نخبرهم المعنى 

الحقيقي لهذا السلوك وبما يفيد ومن يضر

فلنخصص بعض الوقت القيّم لأطفالنا لنعطيهم أمثلة ونصوغ لهم الحكايات حول السلوك الجيد فحتى وإن التزم الطفل 

بالأوامر فإن السلوك الجيد لن يترسخ فيه إلا بالتقريب عن طريق الأمثلة والصور والقصص لا بالترهيب برفع الصوت 

  .والوعيد والعقاب

.التعامل مع الطفل أسهل مما تتوقع فقط انزل إلى قامته لتصعدا سوياً

We always request from our children that they must have the ideal behavior especially outside home, but in fact we have forgotten to tell them the true meaning of this behavior and it's the benefit and who it will harm. 

Let's give some quality time for our children to give them examples and anecdotes about the good behavior. 

Even though the child committed to the good behavior through orders, it will not take hold when only approximate through examples, images and stories and not with voice raising , intimidation and punishment.

Dealing with the child is easier than you expect، go down to his stature so you will go up together.

قيمة "صباح الخير"

لو علمت قيمة أن تستفيق من النوم وتجد بجانبك شريكاً تقول له: "صباح الخير" ، لساعدت كل فرد على هذه البسيطة 

.ليتزوج

If you had  known the value of waking from sleep and finding a partner next to you says to him: "Good morning", you might help everyone on this planet to get married.

روح الفريق

فريق العمل هو روح واحدة وأمزجة متعددة، والقائد هو الذي يعرف كيف يثبّت هذه الروح ويحفظها من التشتت ويكيّف 

الأمزجة المتعددة في إطار استراتيجية عمل موحدة

The team is one spirit  and multiple moods, and the leader is the one who knows how to prove this spirit, protect it from dispersion, and adapts various moods in the context of a unified business strategy.

.ازرع الكلمة الطيبة في أرض من حولك، فغداً تثمر حُباً وعرفاناً

.ولا تهتم بأمزجة الناس المتقلبة، فمهما اشتدت عواصف النفس فإن دفء ابتسامتك تطفؤها

Plant the good word in the land of people around you,  tomorrow it's fruit will be love and gratitude.

Do not care about people's unsteady moods,  more the self storms intensified , the warmth of your smile will subside it. 

بناء

من الجميل أن تتسلح بالأمل لكن لا تنسى أن تثابر في العمل

فأمل دون عمل مثل بناء بلا قاعدة ولا سقف 

  .الأمل وحده لن يأخذك بعيداً 

It is nice to arm itself with hope, but do not forget to work hard.
Without work your hope is such as a roofless and baseless building.

Hope alone will not take you far.

استثمار

investment

 كن كريماً في وقتك مع أسرتك ، فكلما كنت كريماً اليوم وجدت من يؤنس وحدتك في الغد البعيد

إن وقت الأسرة نوعان: وقت تستثمر جله في الفائدة فتجنيه سعادة 

 . ووقت تستثمر جله في جمع الفائدة فتجنيه بعد أن ينفد رأس المال والفائدة، تعاسة  

Be generous in your time with your family, the more generous you are today the more people you'll find  tomorrow .

The family's time is two types: time invested almost entirely in interesting things and you'll reap happiness and the time invested almost entirely in the collection of interest and you'll reap after running out of capital and interest, misery.

! عندما يبدأ أصدقاؤك المخلصون بنقدك لا تقاطعهم ب "لكن..."، أصغ لهم جيداً وقل لهم واصلوا شكراً

when your faithful friends begins to criticize you, don't interrupt them with "but...", listen very well to them and  say: carry on thank you!
