من الجميل أن تتسلح بالأمل لكن لا تنسى أن تثابر في العمل

فأمل دون عمل مثل بناء بلا قاعدة ولا سقف 

  .الأمل وحده لن يأخذك بعيداً 

It is nice to arm itself with hope, but do not forget to work hard.
Without work your hope is such as a roofless and baseless building.

Hope alone will not take you far.
